To add your existing Jefferson Parish Library card to a digital wallet, please complete the form below. If you are a first-time applicant for a Jefferson Parish Library card, please visit www.jplibrary.net/register.
- For security purposes, all information entered must match our current records to add your Jefferson Parish Library card to a digital wallet.
- You will receive an email with a pass to add your library card to your preferred digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). If we are unable to verify your information, you will receive an email with additional instructions.
- Your physical Jefferson Parish Library card will remain active. This process will not change your library card number or your library account access. Please store your physical card in a safe place, as it can still be used to check out material.
- For multiple library card accounts linked to the same email address, such as in the event of a parent/guardian with minor children, please complete the form for each individual cardholder.
