Reserve a pass by emailing jplpasses@jplibrary.net and present the confirmation upon entry on the date you selected. Please include the following information in your email:
- First and Last Name
- Library card number
- Requested pass
- Preferred date for visit
- Phone number

Library staff will respond to Experience Pass requests during administrative business hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.
Passes are available in limited numbers on a first come, first served basis.
Only one pass per library card, per month, per place.
Experience Pass Policy
- Passes must be reserved or canceled by contacting the library via jplpasses@jplibrary.net.
- Passes are only valid for ADULT Jefferson Parish Library cardholders who reside in Jefferson Parish. Passes are not valid for those with a temporary library card or cardholders from any other parish.
- Staff will respond to requests for the current month only, on the 1st business day of each month
- Passes are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Only one pass per library card, per month, per place.
- On occasion, JPAS will have children’s plays. For these performances, YOUTH Jefferson Parish Library cards can be used to reserve a ticket.
- Passes are only valid for the date displayed on the pass confirmation.
- Multiple passes may not be reserved for the same day.
- Printed or digital pass confirmations will be accepted for entry.
- Jefferson Parish Library card will not be accepted for entry.
- The patron named on the pass must be present to redeem. Please have a photo ID ready at check-in for your visit.
- Passes may not be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
- Attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell passes will result in denied admittance.
- Neither the partner organization nor the Jefferson Parish Library is responsible for unauthorized duplication, lost, or stolen passes.
- All partner organizations reserve the right to refuse entry to any pass holder.
