New laptop loaner checkout programs:

1. Jefferson parish Library laptops: These laptops are for in-house use only and cannot leave the building. they are available for 2 hours each.       where are they available? East Bank Regional, West Bank Regional, Gretna, Lakeshore, Rosedale, North Kenner and Westwego Libraries.       2. state library of louisiana BTOP laptops: These laptops can be checked out for home use for 3 days.       where are they available? East Bank Regional, West Bank Regional, North Kenner and Old Metairie Libraries.
